We have hired thousands of primary and secondary administrators, teachers, counselor, librarians and interns through attending our job fairs and using our highly interactive web site database to connect with candidates.
In order to become registered and active in our database, all candidates must go through a rigorous screening process beginning with an extensive online application. More important, we require all candidates to submit at least three confidential references through our web site. After this information is reviewed, we accept only those candidates who meet our high standards. Once approved, these candidate files, including their confidential references, are made available to schools which have been accepted for registration with us. Fully registered candidates can, of course, access to all of the information in our database about each school, their vacancies, as well as information about their benefit and salary packages.
School recruiters can connect with candidates through our job fairs, where they can personally interview candidates; or they can search for qualified candidates using our database. In addition, we are available to assist schools with special requests, last minute openings, and further information about particular candidates.
